This wonderful house is completed with open space and a courtyard which is linked to the street. The sliding doors and windows are designed with a channel glass façade in steel frame. Rain screen siding and Ipe wood deck complete the look of this house. Pecan wood flooring is used to decorate the whole interior floor. Located in the north side of port Mahon in Menorca this house is one of MODO Architecture & Design project. The peaceful area and beautiful view since it is situated near the seaside become great benefits of this house location. Built in 180 sq meters area this house is created in square shape that’s why it is called The Square House. Since it is placed in the middle of the neighbors to provide enough privacy for the owner there are several wood facades in some direction. Besides give some private space, The Square House allows the owner to enjoy beautiful sea view from several rooms. Located in Emu Bay, Australia this coastal house features spectacular view of the sea but is hidden from unpleasant wind. Because of the wind, the architect is built some wood decked patio so the owner could set the outdoor area base on the wind direction. There are two bedrooms which are placed in the building wings, courtyard, huge water tanks and wood fired pizza open which is protected with wood screen. The floor, deck and window’s frame is made of wood creates a great harmony to the surround environment.
