Designed by Murdock Young Architects, the house located near to the lake in Michigan. This lakefront house is made to allow the clients spend weekends or holidays with some friends or family. With the beautiful surrounding view and green garden, the house is a perfect escape from the hectic city life. The main house measures about 4500 square foot, while the guest house is 1800 square foot with three bedrooms and a barn. Besides that, this countryside house is also completed with a 50 foot lap outdoor pool. The main house is divided into several rooms but each room is directly linked to the main area, offering awesome views of the lake and fresh air. The house is built with simple design and ordinary materials like white painted wood, expansive glass panels, painted pine board walls, exposed structural trusses, gray painted pine floors and driftwood clad storage. Those elements could make the house feel so comfortable and livable.
