A beautiful 95 sq meter apartment is located in Paris between two amazing place the Eglise Saint-Gervais and the Hôtel de Ville de Paris on the other side. The simple and clean apartment interior design is showed with the black and white color scheme. Pure white walls give us lot of opportunity to put some wall decorations since it is a neutral color. Designed by a French architecture and design studio, Ecole makes this apartment really spacious by cutting down the rooms along the corridor. The entrance, living area, dining room and kitchen are located on the corridor which is used to be occupied four rooms. First floor also contains guest room, the bedroom and bathroom and some white shelves to store the owner’s belongings. The center piece of this apartment is located on the black floating staircases which will make you feel walk in the air. These amazing steel staircases are connected to the second floor which is built for the owner’s private space. Modern and minimalist is perfectly reflected by this remodeling of 18th century building.
